Lathe Chucks TOS 3 and 4 Jaws IUS

The IUS chucks are available in 3, 4 and 6-jaw designs, in two accuracy classes with standard jaws ending in M1, A, B, D series. Standard jaw set SCN) allows for wide use of chucks.

IUS Lathe Chucks

• chuck body – ductile cast iron
• functional surfaces ground, ensure accuracy of clamping and extend chuck life
• from ø160 size hardened and ground steel tongues for guiding jaws
• clamping the chuck on the machine spindle by means of an intermediate flange according to ČSN 243801
• 1 set of hard outer jaws SCV, 1 set of hard inner jaws SCN
• 1 spanner, clamping screws
