Lathe Chucks TOS 3,4 and 6 Jaws IUH

The IUG and IUH chucks are available in 3, 4 and 6 jaw designs, in two precision classes with standard jaws (IUG type) or reverse jaws (IUH type) with M2 finish.

IUH Lathe Chucks

• chuck body – ductile cast iron
• functional surfaces ground, ensure accuracy of clamping and extend chuck life
• from ø160 size hardened and ground steel tongues for guiding jaws
• clamping of the chuck on the machine spindle by means of an intermediate flange according to DIN 6350
• 1 set of hard base jaws ZC, 1 set of hard reverse jaws NT
• 1 spanner, clamping screws
• a balanced spiral wheel reduces vibrations at higher speeds
