Inserted type Oerlikon blades are produced for Spiromatic Spiral gear machines SKM1, SKM2. Spiromatic SKM machines are one of the oldest spiral generators and are the most economical cost cutting machines to be used for cutting crown and pinion.

These cutters blades are inserted/ mounted on Oerlikon Cutter bodies EN, FS, ETC series.These are largely used for generating bevels and pinions for varied industrial purposes and even for cutting Hypoid gears.

For cutting crown and pinion, these inserted blades are made as per the Module / Point width confirmed by client. We have been exporting these inserted blades since last 10 years as per the drawing or master sample provided to us.
