Helix form single body blades – for crown wheel finishing

These blades are used for cutting FORMATE and HELIXFORM gears.The single-cycle inserted-blade finish cutter is designed with alternate inside and outside cutting blades arranged in a broach fashion.

Two sided for 5″, 6″, 7.5″, 9″, diameter HELIXFORM CUTTERS and 5″, 6″ , 7.5″ , 9″, 10.5″, 12″, 16″, 18″ diameter SINGLE CYCLE HELIXFORM cutters, in the full range of blade shape dimensions except blade angle.

Used for 5″, 6″, 7.5″, 9″, 12″, 16″, 18″ diameter HARDAC and HARDAC II cutters, manufactured in the full range of blade profile dimensions as right hand (RH) or left hand (LH).
