Electromagnetic clutches are designed for the frictionally engaged transmission of torque in dry running. The force effect of an electromagnetic field when applying a DC voltage is used for torque transmission (electromagnetic locking). The INTORQ 14.100 is characterized by safe residual torque-free release in any installation position and by torque transmission free of backlash. The clutches operate almost maintenance-free during their entire service life. The combination of different stator and rotor types allows an optimum adaptation to the customer application.
